We streamline the entire process and bring the fish directly to you. We are able to bypass the large factory processors, distribution centers and the lengthy channels of getting product to our customers, local restaurants and supermarkets.
Flash-frozen salmon fillets run about $11 a pound. Whole fish and smoked salmon are also available. Captain Ole charges $5 for delivery.
I just saw a similar sign in Ballard. So cool. I love supporting small, independent businesses.
