Seattle Police are seeking an “armed and dangerous” felon as the man who on Monday robbed the Moneytree check cashing service at gunpoint. Todd R. Lucas, 45, is the man police are seeking, according to a release Thursday about the robbery at 551-B N.E. Northgate Way. Lucas is a white male, 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds.
