A neighbor reports two new instances of stolen packages today. One is from Roosevelt Way Northeast and Northeast 103rd Street. The other is from Fifth Avenue Northeast and Northeast 85th Street. Wild Root Salon & Spa on Roosevelt Way Northeast will be closing by mid-June. Owner Donna Morton, who has been operating the site, at 8814 Roosevelt Way Northeast, since at least 2001, confirmed she is selling the building.
