The holiday weekend forecast has changed. “I am afraid I am going to have to update the forecast substantially… and the changes are not good for tomorrow,” Prof. Cliff Mass wrote in his weather blog on Saturday.
The National Weather Service agrees. Both Sunday and Memorial Day are likely to be gray and wet. Good luck to the Northwest Folklife Festival. Mass suggests going outside immediately after breakfast Sunday for the best weather of the day. “By lunchtime the murk will be back.”
