The Seattle Department of Transportation has added two new nearby traffic cameras, along with 36 others citywide, that you can access online to help plan your commute.
Unfortunately, the new cameras – which are located at 15th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 75th Street, and at Roosevelt Way Northeast and Northeast 75th Street – aren’t likely to be much help if you’re trying to avoid the traffic that has only gotten worse on Roosevelt Way and Northeast Fifth Avenue since the 15th Avenue bridge closed earlier this month.
Additional neighborhood traffic cameras on the website that aren’t new include Lake City Way Northeast and 15th Avenue Northeast, Fifth Avenue Northeast and Northgate Way, and 15th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 80th Street (shown above).
