At 1 p.m. Judy emailed that a male Labrador Retriever is visiting her at Roosevelt Way Northeast and Northeast 103rd Street.
“No collar. Sweet and friendly.”

That first dog with the fluffy tail was in DOGGIE STYLE yesterday noon. The grooming place on Roosevelt.k
This is my neighbor’s dog at 105th and roosevelt. I just called Judy and connected her with the owner who is retrieving him now….
We also picked up that dog on Roosevelt once at 103rd and Roosevelt and the collar was so loose it slips off. Owner says he gets out and slips out of his collar, if I remember correctly. They are mid-block on the south side of 103rd if I recall correctly (?).
Why don’t people have collars and tags on their beloved pets?
