That’s Mike Kelley, co-owner of Maple Leaf’s Ace Hardware store, dishing up free hot dogs at midday Saturday to dozens of customers in the store’s parking lot.
He’s with a biking buddy who also represents Bona Swedish floor products and participates in donations to Seattle Children’s Hospital.
On Sunday, the two plan to ride 100 miles in Lance Armstrong’s LiveStrong Challenge Seattle. Other local riders are also participating.
It’s not the first, or even second, time Kelley and Ace Hardware have raised money for Children’s. Last October he rode 840 miles for charity.
Mahalo again to Maple Leaf Life and Mike Ullmann for their support of my ride tomorrow/20 June 2010! Allez Maple Leaf riders! Anthony
