It’s Mother’s Day, and Parfait Organic Artisan Ice Cream is serving up at the Blue Saucer until 3 p.m.
Parfait is all about eating locally. Their milk comes from Langley, their eggs from Yelm and their produce from local organic farms. The gourmet mobile vendor will be returning to the Blue Saucer every Sunday this month.
Parfait also will return Monday, May 10, to the Washington Dental Building, at the corner of Northeast 97th Street and Fourth Avenue Northeast, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
