It's official: Maple Leaf bridge to close in two weeks

Signs are up now on 15th Avenue Northeast warning that the bridge over Thornton Creek will close May 17 for repairs and upgrading.

Seattle’s Department of Transportation will reopen the bridge next February if all goes according to plan.
