SeattleCrime.com has posted an update on a robbery last week at the Northgate Mall food court. It occurred March 27 at about 9:30 p.m., officials say.

The crime blog, drawing from the police report on the incident, states:

The suspects punched the man in the face, knocked him to the ground, and kicked him while he was laying on the ground. The suspects then took the man’s wallet and Blackberry cell phone, and took off. Security cameras caught the men—one wearing a Chicago Bulls jacket and another with “gold colored jeweled teeth”— fleeing the mall in a white 4-door compact vehicle, possibly a Toyota Corolla.

The victim was treated by medics for a bloody nose.

  1. So, another case of “observe and report” here? Remind me never to pull out my iPhone… someone might need to fund another bling-grille!

Then again, I did witness a full on SWAT-style take down of a perp in the mall last year, so I can't say there isn't a police response.
