You still have time to get in that early morning lap tomorrow morning, but from 7:30 a.m. to noon Evans Pool at Green Lake Park, 7201 E. Green Lake Drive N., will be closed for repairs. A news release from Seattle Parks and Recreation says crews will be repairing bearings in the circulation pump at that time.

Despite the possibility of a garbage strike by Thursday, the city wants you to go ahead and put out your trash, recycling and yard waste as usual.
