The apartments are going fast. The condos…aren’t. Our news partners at The Seattle Times have a report today on Thornton Place, the five-acre development just south of Northgate Mall. The good news: The restaurants are doing well, as is the 14-screen cinema.

Back in February we posted “When will the bridge close?” about the imminent total shutdown of the 15th Avenue Northeast bridge over Thornton Creek. Since then all buses have been rerouted off 15th Avenue and down Roosevelt Avenue, and March has come and gone, and the bridge - which is just south of Northgate Way …
