Breaking News: Seattle Police and Seattle Fire are at the scene of a motel on Aurora Avenue and North 86th Street, where the motel manager found the bodies of a man and a woman in one of the rooms. Signs are up now on 15th Avenue Northeast warning that the bridge over Thornton Creek will close May 17 for repairs and upgrading. Seattle’s Department of Transportation will reopen the bridge next February if all goes according to plan.
