UPDATE: Seattle Police have issued a release on this robbery. The Moneytree check cashing service on Northeast Northgate Way was robbed at gunpoint Monday afternoon, Seattle Police report. Officers Monday night still were searching for the robber, described as wearing a wig and a hat. The robbery, at 551-B N.E. Northgate Way, occurred about 4:23 p.m.
