This weekend’s closure of the Interstate 5 on-ramp at Northeast 80th Street has backed up traffic on northbound Fifth Avenue Northeast from at least Rick’s Chevron (at Northeast 85th) north to past Northeast 92nd. Roosevelt Way Northeast is much better.
