The new sidewalks on 15th Avenue Northeast are now more than just piles of dirt and lines of construction vehicles. Here’s the most recent update from the Seattle Department of Transportation, dated Oct. 13: 15th Ave NE between NE 106th St and NE Northgate Way: Sidewalk construction is now almost complete and all driveways are reopened.
