Still three hours to go before the official Second Annual Maple Leaf Parade of Costumes, but a couple dozen children have already marched through the neighborhood. The party, for friends and schoolmates, made its way along 12th Avenue Northeast and up to Roosevelt Way Northeast before returning home.
