A convicted felon who police think may have been involved in multiple burglaries in North Seattle has been charged with one of them, but has not yet been arrested. Brandon Blum, 24, is charged with the residential burglary Nov. 22 of a home in the 6200 block of Brooklyn Avenue Northeast, according to court papers.
