The new restaurant on Roosevelt is serving a limited menu this afternoon and early evening before it officially opens next weekend. COA Mexican Eatery & Tequileria, 7919 Roosevelt Way N.E., is serving “street style” tacos until 7 p.m. Here you see carnitas tacos, a ceviche tostada and red and green hot sauce. Total: $7.60.
