It appears that the Bumps & Babies Fair that made its debut in the Roosevelt Ale House parking lot a year ago has outgrown its original location. In February, the biannual consignment and boutique fair moved to the Bitter Lake Community Center Annex, 13040 Greenwood Ave. N., and it’s scheduled to return there for the summer
