If you’ve noticed that the lights are off at Seattle Crab Co., 1000 N.E. Northgate Way, it’s not because the 11-year-old restaurant is yet another victim of the economy.
Rather, signs on the restaurant and its voice mail say it’s merely closed temporarily for a remodel. No word yet on a when it will be back in business, but we’ll keep an eye and it and let you know.
They had a pretty poor health inspection a couple months ago and there didn’t appear to be a follow-up inspection.

Prior to that they had a pretty good inspection record. Wonder if that has something to do with the closure.
