It looks like the car that was stolen from in front of my house (near the intersection of 5th Ave NE and NE 90th Street) is not on the map. Someone in Bryant found it and had called the police to report it, and the SPD response was they’d send someone from a utility company (wtf?) out in a few weeks to look at it. Luckily the person in Bryant who found it was able to find the car owner’s phone number in the ransacked and unlocked car and called her directly so she got her car back. The stolen car was reported to SPD, how hard would it be to have that in a database somewhere so it would be easy to identify the owner when someone reports they found a stolen car to the police?
