At 8:30 this morning traffic was still backed up on Roosevelt Way Northeast from the Interstate 5 entrance back to Northeast 97th Street.
Other arterials weren’t much better after the early morning crash of a FedEx truck blocked all southbound lanes of the mainline I-5.
