Our news partners at The Seattle Times are reporting that a man believed involved in a September 2009 home invasion on Northeast 88th Street was arrested today by U.S. Marshals.
The U.S. Marshals Service’s fugitive apprehension task force arrested Corinthian Ivan Cunningham without incident in North Seattle.
Police have identified Cunningham as a known gang member and one of several men who forced their way into a Maple Leaf home on Sept. 19 and pistol-whipped the owner before stealing more than $5,000 in cash and unidentified property.
The investigation led task force investigators to believe Cunningham had fled to Missouri before returning to the Seattle area.
The invasion occurred in the 2100 block of Northeast 88th Street, according to KOMOnews.com.
