By the way, in case you haven’t heard, traffic just might be a nightmare Thursday night.
King County Metro Transit warns that a football game Thursday night at Husky Stadium between the University of Washington and the University of California-Los Angeles is expected to disrupt the evening commute.
Kickoff is at 5 p.m., and traffic is expected to be worst in the UW-Montlake area.
Although hopping on the bus is one remedy, Metro warns that potential long delays for buses could spread beyond the U District, and that some routes have been rerouted because of the expected traffic (check transit alerts to be sure your route is still on regular schedule).
And don’t expect the shuttle bus that picks you up at the Northgate Transit Center for weekend games to show up. Because the game is taking place during rush hour, Metro will not have extra buses available to provide that service, and an additional shuttle bus that the UW chartered already is full.
If you’re going to the game, how do you plan to get there? And if you’re not, how do you plan to deal with the traffic?

Yes, we fixed. Thanks.
Game is actually Thursday night (11/18).
