Update: Three to four dozen paraders, led by a trombone, are on their way to Cloud City Coffee and the Blue Saucer. A huge turnout!
People are just starting to gather for the 3-5 p.m. Parade of Costumes – and there are cupcakes! We’ll have a photo in a bit.
The parade is also accepting donations for our local food bank.
