What’s been the effect of running all those buses down Roosevelt Way Northeast? And when will they return to 15th Avenue Northeast?

For that matter, why isn’t the bridge over 15th Avenue closed yet for repairs? Is this job going to last into next year?

Get the answers to those questions at the Maple Leaf Community Council’s April general meeting this Wednesday from 7-9 p.m.

On the agenda:

  • Representatives from Metro to talk about bus service changes in Maple Leaf.
  • Sidewalks along 15th Avenue and the bridge closure.
  • Pedestrian and bike improvements on Roosevelt Way.
  • Update on design work for the Maple Leaf park, King County Councilman Bob Ferguson, and more.

The meeting is at Olympic View Elementary School, Fifth Avenue Northeast and Northeast 95th Street. Free child care is available.
