Calling all pulled pork sandwich lovers! Maximus / Minimus is back today, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Washington Dental building just south of Thornton Place at 97th Street and Fourth Avenue Northeast.
The mobile truck vendor sells pork and veggie sandwiches in hot (Maximus) and mild (Minimus) versions, along with Maximus of Minimus slaw and even drinks (Ginger Lemonade vs. Hibiscus Nectar).
If you can’t make it down there today, Kaosamai Thai will be back on Friday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
