Man shot in north Seattle

Early this morning police dogs were searching neighborhoods just northwest of Maple Leaf after police responding to a 911 call found a man apparently shot twice in his torso. He was rushed to Harborview Medical Center.

The shooting occurred a little before 1 a.m. at North 115th Street and Aurora Avenue North, just west of Northwest Hospital. A suspect was described as a medium-skinned black male wearing a black hat, black jacket and blue jeans.
