Metro brings expanded commuter service to Maple Leaf

Beginning this week we have expanded bus service from Maple Leaf to downtown Seattle.

Route 77

Two morning southbound trips to downtown Seattle arriving at Second Avenue South & South Jackson Street at 5:48 and 9:25 a.m. will be added. Also, two northbound trips to North City leaving Fourth Avenue South & South Jackson Street at 3:10 and 6:40 p.m. will be added.

These changes will extend the span of service by 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon.

Route 67

During the weekday morning peak period, southbound Route 67 service frequency to the U-District will improve to every 10 minutes between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. During the afternoon peak period, northbound Route 67 service frequency to the Northgate Transit  Center C will improve to every 10 minutes between 3:15 and 5:45 p.m.

On Sunday, service frequency will improve to every 20 minutes between about 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
