Check out this “First Call” review in Seattle Weekly of Maple Leaf’s own Roosevelt Ale House, 8824 Roosevelt Way N.E.

Reviewer Nick Feldman at first appears thankful that his “roommate arrived in the nick of time to keep me from drinking alone,” then follows up with this:

But with over 50 different bottles, 10 taps, a delicious menu and a perfect warm-night patio, I probably wouldn’t have minded.

He also praises barkeep Brian Bloom’s Manhattan if you’re looking for a change from Kenji’s oft-praised margarita.

And for those of you who haven’t heard, another Maple Leaf watering hole is on its way after Divine closes up shop later this week. More details to come …
