Nancy emails: “This male poodle was found wandering on Northeast 105th Street between Roosevelt Way Northeast and Eighth Avenue Northeast early Tuesday evening, March 10.

“Blue collar, no tags. I’m hoping owner claims him before he goes to Seattle Animal Shelter. Thanks!

  1. Thanks Annie! I did inquire at that house. They have a very similar pooch. Though widely advertised, the owner has not come forward. Meanwhile the dog has been placed with a caring couple who are knowledgable about poodles.

  2. I MAY have seen this dog in a window at a house between 104th and 105th on 8th Ave. It’s a house on the West side of the street and is blue with an arbor out on the front walk way. Good luck, he looks so well cared for!

  3. Thanks for comments. I’ve been walking the dog throughout the neighborhood and asking around, but so far no luck. Keep an ear out!

  4. This look like a dog I recall seeing, being walked by a man, going south on 8th Avenue NE, as it crests between NE 100th Street and NE 98th. Never have gotten his name; the dog was friendly.

If I’m correct, the owner should be looking for him. How the dog got loose, is a mystery. Maybe someone was dog-sitting and the dog got loose; went to look for its human.
