After a $5 million renovation that included the integration of a Sephora store, the JCPenney inside Northgate Mall is celebrating its new look Friday morning with a grand opening, featuring giveaways to the first 450 customers.

The festivities will begin with JCPenney cutting its ribbon at 9:30 a.m., followed by the ribbon-cutting at the Sephora store at 10 a.m. Giveaways for the first 450 customers to arrive at the grand opening include an exclusive Sephora giveaway bag stuffed with samples.
